The main priority of the Collections Department is to collect money from outstanding court costs for Civil, Family, Probate and Adoption suits.

Bills are mailed monthly to attorneys and litigants for court costs.

Addresses of attorneys and litigants are updated upon notification; new attorneys are also entered into our system upon notification.
