   The Clerk of Court’s hours of operation are
8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

 Please note these exceptions: the Birth Certificate office closes at 4:00 p.m. and
Birth and Death Certificates are only available at our Downtown Main Office in City Hall.

*Marriage Licenses and Passport Assistance are available at our Downtown and Airline locations*

Marriage license applicants may click here to complete and transmit marriage license applications to our office in advance of your visit for fastest processing.

Applicants for passport assistance must arrive at our Downtown or Airline office by 3:30 to begin processing.  Due to the time involved and the mail deadline of 4:00, a completed application is recommended upon arrival.
