Online Access Services Overview

The online service is currently available through two means of connectivity:

Civil, Family and Probate information have been migrated to our new Clerk Connect system linked above.  Criminal and Traffic information is still available through our web-based ACS Index, CourtConnect and Suit Mast via the internet.  In the near future, Criminal and Traffic will be added to the Clerk Connect System and Court Connect will be deactivated.

Mortgage, Conveyance and Map Indexes and records along with UCC records are available through our Image Network System.  Online print capability is available for our Image Network System, allowing our subscribers the convenience to print from their home, office or laptop computers.

You may sign an agreement and subscribe to access the systems as outlined below.  To subscribe to our online services, you are required to establish and maintain an escrow account.  For additional information, please contact our Online Access Manager at (225) 389-7851.

It has come to our attention someone has been calling residences of East Baton Rouge claiming to be with the Clerk of Court’s office and asking for Social Security Numbers. Please be assured that it is not the Clerk’s office making these phone calls – we do not make such inquiry calls and will never ask for your Social Security Number.

The Elections Department is actively seeking new commissioners to work precincts around the parish. Classes will be held in late July. Download the general informational brochure here and call (225) 295-4765 for more information about the upcoming classes.
