The Data Indexing Department receives and indexes all notarial documents as they are recorded. Information from these records can be accessed from the alphabetical indexes or the online access service Clerk Connect.

UCC Financing Statements are recorded and indexed into the Secretary of State's computer system within two days of the recording. UCC Financing Statement information can only be accessed through the Secretary of State's system.
